Welding includes argon arc welding, spot welding, CO2 welding, technology welding, etc. Spot welding first considers the welding direction of the Sheet metal machining workpiece, and also considers the position of the stainless steel plate in mass production, to ensure the accuracy of spot welding;
(4) In order to make the welding strong, when welding the convex point workpiece, it can be made uniform with the plane before welding to ensure that the common contact point is heated, and the welding direction can be confirmed. The welding should also adjust the preloading time, maintain time, and rest time to ensure that the workpiece can be set on-site;
In addition to the strict requirements of production technology, the quality of stainless steel plates is also unrelated to strict production quality. One is to strictly check against the drawing, and the other is to strictly control the appearance quality.
