Material: Aluminum alloy
Surface treatment: electroplating
Process: blanking-bending-riveting-welding-blasting oxidation
Tolerance: ±0.1 mm
Expansion: Aluminum alloy is made of pure aluminum added with some alloying elements, such as aluminum-copper alloy, aluminum-zinc-magnesium-copper superhard aluminum alloy. The aluminum alloy has the characteristics of light weight, low cost, and mechanical (evenness), and the aluminum alloy is easy to process and has high heat dissipation. In particular, the engine part of the vehicle is particularly suitable for use with aluminum alloy materials. After the copper and aluminum hybrid extrusion is manufactured, the heat dissipation performance is quite good, and even some high-end CPU water-cooling fans use this material. If it is military, the first choice is to ensure the firmness. Aluminum-zinc-magnesium-copper superhard aluminum alloy is the first choice.
