3. Sheet Metal Laser Cutting: The sheet metal is then cut to the required size and shape using various cutting tools, such as laser cutting machines or shears. HSJ Sheet Metal Laser Cutting size from 0.01*0.01mm to 2000*4000mm size, thickness less than 6mm.
4. Sheet Metal Bending: After cutting, the sheet metal is bent into the desired shape using a press brake. 6. Finishing: After welding, the cabinet is sanded, cleaned, and finished to give it a smooth, polished look. As a customized request, can also do Sandblasting, shot blasting, grinding, tumbling, polishing, brushing, spraying, painting, oiling, blackening, anodizing, electrochemical polishing, electroplating, etc.
7. Assembly: The final step in the sheet metal cabinet fabrication process is assembly. This involves attaching any hardware or accessories, such as hinges, handles, and locks, to the cabinet.
