Why Choose HSJ FOR Customized Aluminum Parts Service?

Our customized aluminum parts offer a range of benefits to various industries, including aerospace, automotive, and construction. These custom machined metal parts are designed and manufactured based on specific client requirements, making them a perfect fit for their intended applications. Here are the reasons why you chose our CNC billet aluminum machined parts.

  1. Highly resistant to corrosion. Aluminum is naturally resistant to corrosion, and our aluminium custom parts are treated with special coatings to prevent rust, oxidation, and other forms of damage. This makes them ideal for use in harsh environments or structures where durability is required.

  2. Light Weight. Our custom billet parts are also beneficial due to their lightweight nature. Aluminum is significantly lighter than other metals, making it an ideal choice for applications such as aerospace, where weight is critical. This makes our aluminium custom parts an excellent choice for clients looking to reduce material weight and enhance the performance of their products.

  3. Experienced Engineers. We pride ourselves on being one of the leading custom CNC aluminum parts suppliers in the industry. Our team of skilled engineers and machinists employ CNC billet aluminum machining to produce highly accurate and complex components. This allows us to offer our clients the highest level of precision and quality assurance, ensuring that the final product meets or exceeds their expectations.

  4. Wide range of coatings & finishes. When it comes to aluminium custom parts, we understand the importance of providing a suitable sheet metal finishing service that matches the client's project requirements. That's why we offer a wide range of coatings and finishes for all our aluminium parts fabrication projects. HSJ is a trustworthy metal cnc parts supplier, and with our expertise and understanding of different coatings, we can recommend the most suitable options that align with the client's specific needs. Whether it's a particular color, texture, or resistance to weather or corrosion, we can provide the ideal finish that suits your aluminium custom parts.

Common Aluminium Series for Customized Aluminum Parts

Typically, aluminum is classified and categorized based on its function and falls into eight series:

One series (1050, 1070, 1080, 1085, 1100)

These aluminum alloys are characterized by a purity of 99.00% or more. They offer good formability and have a good surface finish, with higher corrosion resistance. However, their strength is low, and the higher the purity, the lower the strength. They are commonly used in mobile phones, extrusion processes (not bending), and decorative or interior parts. Specifically, 1050 and 1100 can be chemically sanded to achieve a glossy, matte, or normal effect, while 1080 and 1085 can be mirror-finished with a bright word or matte effect, with no obvious material pattern.

Two series (2024, 2A16, 2A02)

This category of aluminum alloys has a higher hardness but poor corrosion resistance, with the highest copper content (3% to 5%). The 2000 series aluminum alloys include 2024, 2A16, and 2A02. They are used in aerospace areas and construction for rods.

Three series (3003, 3105, 3A21)

These aluminum alloys are mainly made of manganese (1.0 to 1.5) and provide good rust resistance. The 3000 series aluminum alloys include 3003, 3105, and 3A21. They are commonly used in tanks and jars for liquid products, construction, tools, various lamp parts, pressure vessels, and pipes for thin plate processing. They offer good formability, solubility, and corrosion resistance.

Four series (4A01)

This category of aluminum alloys has a silicon content of 4.5% to 6.0%, providing higher strength. The 4000 series aluminum bar is represented by 4A01 and has good soup flow, less solidification shrinkage, and is used for building materials, mechanical parts, forging materials, welding materials. They have a low melting point and good corrosion resistance, with heat and wear resistance characteristics.

Five series (5052, 5005, 5083, 5A05)

These aluminum alloys are used in the alloy aluminum sheet series and contain magnesium as the main element (3% to 5%). The 5000 series aluminum alloys include 5052, 5005, 5083, and 5A05. They are called aluminum-magnesium alloys with low density, high tensile strength, and high elongation. They are suitable for sandblasting processes, have medium strength, good corrosion resistance, solubility, and formability, and have high fatigue strength and good resistance to seawater. They are mainly used in casting molding methods but not suitable for extrusion molding.

Six series (6061, 6063)

These aluminum alloys belong to the 6000 series and contain mainly magnesium and silicon, combining the advantages of the 4000 and 5000 series. They are easy to work with, easy to coat, and have good machinability. The 6000 series aluminum alloys include 6061 and 6063. They are more commonly used in mobile phones, with 6061 being stronger than 6063. They are used for casting and forming and can be cast in more complex structures, and can be used for parts with snaps, such as battery covers.

Seven series (7075)

The 7000 series aluminum alloy represents 7075, which also belongs to the aerospace series and is an aluminum-magnesium-zinc-copper alloy. Currently, it is mainly imported, and the production process in China.
